KNOW YOUR RIGHTS
You don’t choose to have a vehicle accident but. You do have the right to choose who will repair your vehicle.

Your right to choose who repairs your vehicle was confirmed by a directive from the Office of Fair Trading issued in 1993.

Insurance companies ‘push’ their customers to use particular repairers purely to keep their own costs down.  This means your vehicle may be repaired cheaply, affecting the quality of repair, using non-original parts.  All of which can affect your manufacturer’s warranty.

Don’t accept any compromise in the quality of repair to your car.
